Why an LVIA?
An LVIA is usually carried out as part of an Environmental Impact Assessment or your local planning team may require one as part of a development proposal. It helps you better understand the impacts a development may have on the landscape or visual amenity
Landscape Appraisals
For smaller developments, a full LVIA may not be required. A ‘Landscape Appraisal’ is a method of assessing appearance and essential characteristics that can assist developers with their design approach
Why Me?
Taking on a new development throws up all kinds of challenges, especially if you are developing within a National Park or in area with special Landscape designations. It can seem daunting but the rewards can be huge. It’s my role to help you with the process and provide you with the right advice, and knowledge, at the right time.
